In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ch999" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the ch999 online gaming platform operated at ch999.biz, its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and authorised agents.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ch999 requires all Players to complete in compliance with its international gaming license obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of ch999 Services is restricted, unlawful, or not permitted by applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their jurisdiction qualifies as a Prohibited Territory.

By accessing ch999.biz, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the ch999 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the ch999 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ch999 will notify Players of material amendments via the email address registered to their account, but it remains the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain a ch999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ch999 enforces strict age verification and will require documentary evidence of age (Pakistani CNIC or equivalent valid government-issued photo identification) before processing any withdrawal or permitting deposit above threshold limits.
• You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, associations, and other non-natural persons are prohibited from holding ch999 accounts.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Territory where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your access to ch999 Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ch999 or any of its affiliate studios, software providers, or operational partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from ch999 or have a currently active account on the platform. Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) ch999 account at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information updated at all times via your account settings.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their ch999 account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their account. ch999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security.

Players must notify ch999 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access, compromise of credentials, or other security breach relating to their ch999 account. ch999 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.

• Players must not share their ch999 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• ch999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning a ch999 account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
• Players may update their registered email address, contact number, and payment method details by contacting ch999 support and completing any required verification steps.
• ch999 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any point in the account's lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account restriction.

All deposits to ch999 accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ch999 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. ch999 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.

By making a deposit to your ch999 account, you warrant that:

• The funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• You are the authorised account holder of the payment method used and are not using a third party's financial instrument.
• The deposit does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You consent to ch999 verifying your payment method and conducting enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.

ch999 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers fraud detection alerts, KYC review requirements, or that appears inconsistent with responsible gaming parameters established for a Player's account.

The minimum withdrawal amount from a ch999 account is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. ch999 does not charge withdrawal fees; standard payment provider fees may apply.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Players who have not completed KYC may be restricted to the following pending verification:

Players whose accounts are suspended during an investigation will be notified of the reason and estimated timeline via their registered email address.

ch999 offers a variety of promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the individual terms specified in the relevant promotion and the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules prevail for that particular game only.

ch999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if ch999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• ch999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond its direct control.

• Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in their jurisdiction from winnings received through the ch999 platform.

ch999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ch999.biz/privacy-policy. By registering a ch999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ch999 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by ch999's licensing obligations or applicable law.

ch999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, confirmed identity fraud, failure to complete KYC, detection of prohibited conduct, regulatory requirement, or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to responsible gaming obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ch999 holds its international gaming license.
